Scrubs Co-Pilot Reference Guide
This page walks you through the key features of Scrubs Co-Pilot. Follow these steps to get familiar with the interface and tools.
Tutorial Steps
1. Signed-In User
If you are signed in, you'll see your personal information in the top-left corner.
2. Sidebar Menu
Once you have selected a patient from the dropdown menu, the Sidebar Menu will list all of your consultations with that patient (if they have not been deleted). From here, you can manage and access these consultations and easily navigate your workflow. For example, you can review a previous consultation and use it to generate a referral letter.
If you do not want to file your consultations just by date, feel free to edit their titles simply by clicking the edit icon (paper with pen).
3. Start a New Consultation
Click the 'Start a New Consultation' button to begin documenting a new patient interaction. The system will guide you through the necessary steps.
4. Start Recording
Click the microphone button to start recording your consultation. Scrubs Co-Pilot will capture and transcribe your speech in real-time.
Once you have started the consultation, clicking the 'Start-Recording button' again will stop the recording and upload the audio.
5. Real-Time Transcription
As you speak, your words will be transcribed into the system. Expect a delay of 10-15 seconds while your speech is processed and displayed on the screen.
6. Patient Search
Switch to a registered patient by typing their names in the search bar.
7. Profile Settings
Navigate to your profile settings to change account password, view subscription status, and etc.
8. Log Out
Log out from current account.
9. Notifications
Click to view system notifications and updatess
10. New Patients
Add new patients by clicking the 'Add Patient' button. Once added, you can group and manage consultations by patient, keeping your work organized and efficient.
11. Note Templates
Choose from different note templates (such as SOAP notes) to structure your consultation notes. This helps you capture all the necessary details efficiently.
12. Generate Notes
After your consultation, click 'Generate Note' to automatically create a summary based on the discussion. You can review and edit the notes as needed.
